Location, Room was very Clean. Lovely View from the Room. I was on the 25th Floor. Although the Staff couldn't speak English , they were quite helpful with the Translaters. But then, I don't think Guiyang is a place for Tourists.

I am usually satisfied with Novotel, but we got upgraded to a suite and our stay became even greater. Very comfortable room with a small living room, a separate bedroom and a great modern and well designed bathroom. We had all of the necessary amenities, the staff was really kind and the breakfast was really good too. The hotel location is central and conveniant. The gym was surpisingly really spacious and well equiped !

Gorgeous room, great size and very elegantly styled. Super big and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, great shower.

The staff were friendly and patient in handling the complicated paperwork procedure for registering non-Chinese guests in the hotel. They also tried to give friendly and helpful suggestions about local attractions.
